• The Pilling® Rail Clamp is a highly versatile operating table rail clamp for use with the Gomez, Poly-Tract Fowler and other retractor systems, as well as with other equipment to be attached to the operating room table. The Rail Clamp has been designed to fit the side rail of any currently manufactured U.S. or European operating room table.
