1: Introducer Needle: 21 Ga. × 2.75" (7 cm) thin wall echogenic tip needle with bevel indicator and green hub

1: Coaxial Sheath/Dilator: 4 Fr. × 4" (10 cm)

1: Micro-Introducer Wire Guide: 0.018" (0.46 mm) × 45 cm stainless steel guidewire with platinum coil and color band markings
